Part Number 040005626 5/17 15Ice Machine Warranty InformationOwner Warranty Registration CardGeneralWarranty coverage begins the day the ice machine isinstalled.If the OWNER WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD isnot returned, we will use the date of sale to theDistributor as the first day of warranty coverage foryour new ice machine.COMMERCIAL WARRANTY COVERAGEWelbilt, (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”)warrants for a period of thirty-six months from theinstallation date (except as limited below) that new icemachines manufactured by the COMPANY shall befree of defects in material or workmanship undernormal and proper use and maintenance as specifiedby the COMPANY and upon proper installation andstart-up in accordance with the instruction manualsupplied with the ice machine. The COMPANY’swarranty hereunder with respect to the compressorand evaporator shall apply for an additional twenty-four months, excluding all labor charges.The obligation of the COMPANY under this warranty islimited to the repair or replacement of parts,components, or assemblies that in the opinion of theCOMPANY are defective. This warranty is furtherlimited to the cost of parts, components or assembliesand standard straight time labor charges at theservicing location.ImportantComplete and mail the OWNER WARRANTY-REGISTRATION CARD as soon as possible tovalidate the installation date.
