11145REPAIR INSTRUCTIONSAssemble theInverter Board1� When mounting the new inverterboard� Replace the O-rings onthe water couplings to new ones,grease them properly beforereassembling�2� Mount the water valve bolts� Usea long 4mm hex key through thedrilled hole to assemble the lowerbolt�3� Mount the 2 bolts from the waterinlet�4� Mount the bolt for the handlewith locktite and insert the plasticcover�5� Use locktite 2400 or 243 andinsert the 4 screws on the bottomof the Power Pack�6� Plug the drilled hole with a M6bolt� Use silicone on the tread tobe sure it is waterproof�7� Mount the 3 ground wire boltswith their ground wires�8� Assemble the 3 wire connectionsto the blade motor�See first: Dismantle the InverterBoard (p. 143)58213 467To Reassemble the Power Pack seechapter: Water Valve (p. 142),Replacing the Main Board (p.139), Remove DIN-rail bracket(p. 138), Remove the PrimeContactor (p. 138), Remove15A fuse boxes (p. 137), Removethe WS contactor (p. 136),Replacing the Transformer (p.135) and Replacing the MainContactor (p. 134). |
