13411REPAIR INSTRUCTIONSReplacing the MainContactor1� Make note of all the wires on eachside of the contactor and loosenthem all�2� Loosen the screw on the rail stop�3� Remove the rail stop�4� Remove the 2 screws on the DIN-rail to be able to slide the 1A fusebox and contactor of�5� Remove the 1A fuse box from theDIN-rail�6� Slide the main contactor of fromthe DIN rail�7� Move the varistor (VDR 510V) tothe new main contactor�Reverse step to assemble�Reconnect all the wires in theproper contacts�8. Note! Make sure that the cablefrom the Can bus and the motorcables are fitted in the groove sothey don’t get squeezed on theplate when closing the cover�First see: Opening the PP 490 (p.124)2753146Be sure to document whereall the wires are connected!To reconnect wires see electricaldrawings in section: WiringDiagrams8 |
