This section identifiessolutions to some possible problems.Troubleshooting checklistBefore turning on the server, make sure that: The power cord is connected to the AC power-in connector and an ACoutlet. The AC outlet is supplying power. If a power strip is used, it is turned on. If the power supply has a voltage selection switch, the voltage selectionswitch reflects the proper voltage.Verifying your configurationIf the server is not operating correctly, the BIOS may contain an invalidconfiguration parameter. Open the BIOS Setup utility and check yourconfiguration settings. (See “About the BIOS Setup utility” on page 111.)
