Press ENTER toacknowledge the message and close the window.On-Screen MessagesIn some instances the message may indicate atemporary condition, such as the “Calculating Route”message, and closes as soon as the condition isremedied.Using the Mapping DatabasesMany of the GPSMAP 60CSx features requiredetailed mapping data in order to be fully operational,so you may want to transfer maps before using theunit. The microSD card (provided with certain units)can be loaded with detailed maps from optionalMapSource disks for your PC to enhance theversatility of your GPSMAP 60CSx. With selectedMapSource detailed mapping data, you can viewlistings of nearby restaurants, lodging, shoppingcenters, attractions and entertainment, and evenretrieve addresses and phone numbers for any listedlocation. The amount of data transferable is limited tothe capacity printed on the microSD card.Map data transfer requires the USB Interface Cableprovided with the unit to transfer MapSource data froma PC to the microSD card in the GPSMAP 60CSx. Totransfer data to the microSD card you can use the USBMass Storage feature explained on page 69.You can purchase high capacity microSD cards atyour electronics supplier.
