iSoftware AgreementSoftware License AgreementBY USING THE iQue™ 3200, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THETERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE LI-CENSE AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.Garmin Ltd. or its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as“Garmin”) grants you a limited license to use the software embedded inthis device (the “Software”) in binary executable form in the normal op-eration of the product. Title, ownership rights and intellectual propertyrights in and to the Software remain in Garmin.You acknowledge that the Software is the property of Garmin andis protected under the United States of America copyright laws andinternational copyright treaties. You further acknowledge that thestructure, organization and code of the Software are valuable tradesecrets of Garmin and that the Software in source code form remains avaluable trade secret of Garmin. You agree not to decompile, disas-semble, modify, reverse assemble, reverse engineer or reduce to humanreadable form the Software or any part thereof or create any derivativeworks based on the Software.
