Careand cleaning of the cooking center.NOTE:Theoven racks maybecleaned in the self-cleaning oven.However, the racks will darken incolor, lose their luster and becomehard to slide ff cleaned during theself-cleaning cycle.Oven Racks (loweroven)Clean the oven racks Mill an abrasivecleanser or steel wool. After cleaning,rinse file racks Mth clean water andd_T with a clean cloth.To make file racks slide more easily,apply a small amount of vegetable oil orcooking oil m a paper towel and wipe theedges of the oven rocks with the papertowel.Control PanelIt's a good idea m wipe file conUol panelafter each use. Clean Mill mild soap andwamr or vinegar and water; rinse withclean water and polish d_T with a softcloflL When cleaning, the conuol panelshould be at room mmpemmre and notin direct sunlight.Do not use abrasive cleansers, strongliquid cleansers, plastic scouring pads oroven cleaneis on the connol panel--theywill damage the finish. A 50/50 solutionof vinegar and hot wamr works well.38
