It can be converted for usewith LP gas. Have the installer show you the location of therange gas shut-off valve and how to turn it off ifnecessary. Before performing any service, remove the9V battery from the range to disable the sparkignition system. Plug your range into a 120-volt grounded outletonly. Do not remove the round groundingprong from the plug. If in doubt about thegrounding of the home electrical system, it isyour responsibility and obligation to have anungrounded outlet replaced with a properlygrounded, three prong outlet in accordance withthe National Electrical Code. Do not use onextension cord with this appliance. Before performing any service, unplug the rangeor disconnect the power supply at the householddistribution panel by removing the fuse orswitching off the circuit breaker. Be sure all packing materials are removed fromthe range before operating to prevent ignition ofthese materials Avoid scratching or impacting glass doors,cooktops or control panels. Doing so may lead toglass breakage. Do not cook on a product withbroken glass. Shock, fire or cuts may occur. Do not leave children alone—children shouldnot be left alone or unattended in an area wherean appliance is in use. They should never beallowed to climb, sit or stand on any part of theappliance. CAUTION Do not store items ofinterest to children in cabinets above an oven- children climbing on the oven to reach itemscould be seriously injured. Do not allow anyone to climb, stand or hang onthe oven door, drawer or cooktop. They coulddamage the range or tip it over causing severeinjury or death.
