Remove the side covers according to the side cover removal procedure (Section5.2.1).2. Use a 9/16-in. open-end wrench to disconnect the 1/4-in. tube nut where the fill tube 8connects to the female fill connector adapter 4.3. Use a 9/16-in. open-end wrench to disconnect the 1/4-in. tube nut where the fill tubeconnects to the manifold 7. Remove the fill tube.4. Use a 1/2-in. open-end wrench to disconnect the 3/16-in. tube nut 27 where thewarming coil 33 connects to the flow control valve 30.5. Use a 1/2-in. open-end wrench to disconnect the 3/16-in. tube nut 27 where thewarming coil connects to the brass tee 36. Remove the warming coil.5.12.4 Warming Coil Part 2 InstallationInstall the warming coil by reversing the removal procedure (Section 5.12.3).5.12.5 Spined Tube RemovalRefer to Figure 6-2 to identify parts with bold number references.1. Remove the side covers according to the side cover removal procedure (Section5.2.1).2. Use a 1/2-in. open-end wrench to disconnect the 3/16-in. tube nut where the spinedtube 37 connects to the manifold 7.3. Use a 1/2-in open-end wrench to disconnect the 3/16-in. tube nut where the spinedtube connects to the brass tee 36. Remove the spined tube.5.12.6 Spined Tube InstallationInstall the spined tube by reversing the removal procedure (Section 5.12.5).Be sure to replace the wire tie after reinstalling the warming coil.CAUTION:Use care not to mash together the delicate fingers of the spined tube.This will result in a less efficient heat exchanger.
