3 Maintenance3.1 IntroductionStructure of this chapterThis chapter describes all the maintenance activities recommended for the IRB4600 Foundry Prime.It is based on the maintenance schedule found at the beginning of the chapter.The schedule contains information about required maintenance activities includingintervals, and refers to procedures for the activities.Each procedure contains all the information required to perform the activity,including required tools and materials.The procedures are gathered in different sections and divided according to themaintenance activity.Safety informationObserve all safety information before conducting any service work.There are general safety aspects that must be read through, as well as more specificsafety information that describes the danger and safety risks when performing theprocedures.
