Offsetting Output3-58 v User GuideOffsetting OutputThe Offset Catch Tray, shown in Figure 3.2, is an optionaloutput device available for your printer.It can be used in either of two ways, depending on how itis configured in the Control Panel’s menu system:• As an additional 500-sheet capacity output bin tosupplement the 500-sheet standard output bin.• To alternately print jobs and copies of the same printjob.To use the Offset Catch Tray, submit your print jobs asusual (refer to Table 2.1 on page 2-4 for supported media).Output is directed to it by means of the Offset Bin item inthe printer driver or the Output Dest item in the ControlPanel’s System Menu.
