Using the Menu SystemChapter 1: Configuring the Printer v 1-99PServer NameSet the name of the PServer in thisprinter (a name of 1 to 47 charactersin length).The available characters are:A - Z, 0 - 9, hyphen (-),underscore (_)The default is:XRX_*For this item (after Step 3), Item Upmoves the cursor to the right throughthe displayed PServer name and ItemDown moves the cursor to the left.This allows you to change characterswithin the string rather than having toreenter the entire string.With the cursor displayed under acharacter, Value Up increments thevalue of that character and ValueDown decrements the value.1. Press Menu Up or MenuDown until you see:MenusNovell Menu2. Press Item Up or Item Downuntil you see:Novell MenuPServer Name3. Press Value Up or Value Down.You will see:PServer Name =xxx...xxx4. Press Value Up or Value Downto change the value of thecharacter above the cursor. Thevalue is incremented ordecremented by 1 each timethe key is pressed. Holdingdown Value Up or ValueDown causes continuousscrolling through the values.PServer Name =xxx...xxx5. To change other characters inthe PServer name, press ItemUp or Item Down to scrollright or left respectivelythrough the character string,then press Value Up or ValueDown to change the value ofthe character above the cursor(as in Step 4).PServer Name =xxx...xxx6.
