Open the Top Cover.2. Dampen a clean, lint-free towel (600S4372) with platen glasscleaning fluid (Xerox 43P81).3. Wipe the Platen Glass with the towel.4. Visually inspect the Platen Glass to ensure that all dirt, glue, andother residue have been removed.5. Place a small amount of the cleaning fluid on the towel and cleanthe front and rear Document Drive Rolls. Rotate the Rolls as youclean them to ensure that the entire roll surface is clean.6. Place a small amount of the cleaning fluid on the towel and wipethe white Backer Roll.NOTE: The Backer Roll is located on the underside of the Top Cover.The Backer Roll may rotate as you clean it. This is normal behavior.7. Close the Top Cover.ABCDE
