Operation is subject tothe following two conditions: this device may not cause harmful interference this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may causeundesired operation⚠ Radiofrequency radiation exposure Information: this equipment complies with radiation exposurelimits prescribed for an uncontrolled environment for fixed and mobile use conditions. Thisequipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between theradiator and the body of the user or nearby persons. This transmitter must not be co-located oroperating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter except as authorized in thecertification of the product.⚠ The gain of the system antenna(s) used for the TOBY-R2 series modules (i.e. the combinedtransmission line, connector, cable losses and radiating element gain) must not exceed the valuestated in the IC Grant for mobile and fixed or mobile operating configurations:o TOBY-R200 modules: 6.7 dBi in 700 MHz, i.e. LTE FDD-12 band 0.7 dBi in 850 MHz, i.e. GSM 850, UMTS FDD-5 or LTE FDD-5 band 7.8 dBi in 1700 MHz, i.e. LTE FDD-4 band 2.2 dBi in 1900 MHz, i.e. GSM 1900, UMTS FDD-2 or LTE FDD-2 bando TOBY-R202 modules: 6.7 dBi in 700 MHz, i.e. LTE FDD-12 band 6.7 dBi in 850 MHz, i.e. UMTS FDD-5 or LTE FDD-5 band 7.9 dBi in 1700 MHz, i.e. LTE FDD-4 band 8.5 dBi in 1900 MHz, i.e. UMTS FDD-2 or LTE FDD-2 band4.3.2 ModificationsThe ISED Canada requires the user to be notified that any changes or modifications made to thisdevice that are not expressly approved by u-blox could void the user's authority to operate theequipment.⚠ Manufacturers of mobile or fixed devices incorporating the TOBY-R2 series modules areauthorized to use the ISED Canada Certificates of the TOBY-R2 series modules for their own finalproducts according to the conditions referenced in the certificates.⚠ The ISED Canada Label shall in the above case be visible from the outside, or the host device shallbear a second label stating:"Contains IC: 8595A-1EHM44NN" resp."Contains IC: 8595A-1EHQ24NN" resp.
