Troubleshooting Based on Information Displayed onRemote ControlUsing main remote control (RBC-AMT32UL)(1) Checking and testingWhen a fault occurs to an air conditioner, a checkcode and indoor unit No. are displayed on thedisplay window of the remote control.Check codes are only displayed while the airconditioner is in operation.If the display has already disappeared, accesstrouble history by following the proceduredescribed below.(2) Trouble historyThe trouble history access procedure isdescribed below (up to four troubles stored inmemory).Trouble history can be accessed regardless ofwhether the air conditioner is in operation or shut down. To be performed when system at rest1 Invoke the SERVICE CHECK mode by pushing the +buttons simultaneously and holding for at least 4seconds.The letters “ SERVICE CHECK” light up, and the check code“01” is displayed, indicating the trouble history.
