These ear defenders are of normal size range complying with BSEN352-1.They are designed to fit the majority of wearers. If in doubt, seek professional advice.3.1. Extend the headband to maximum “open” position and place the cups over the ears withthe headband passing over the head.3.2. Settle the headband in position on the head while adjusting the height of the ear cups untilthey feel comfortable and the headband rests on top of the head to support the muffs.3.3. The cushions should be a snug fit against the head.3.4. The pressure of the ear defenders against the head can beadjusted too by bending the headband thereby ensuringan effective noise seal.2.1 When worn properly and given adequate care, the SSP18 and SSP18F provide excellentprotection which filters the high levels of noise that are encountered in an industrialenvironment.2. APPLICATION1.1. GENERAL SAFETY WARNING! Put the ear defenders on before exposing yourself to noise and wear at alltimes during exposure to excess noise levels.
