If the smartphone fails to recognize theerror code more than twice, please enterthe error code displayed on the displaypanel of the washer manually into theSmart Care app.NOTEDownloading the Smart Care app• Download the Samsung Laundry Appinto your mobile phone from theAndroid market or Apple App store.(Search word : Samsung Smart Washer/Dryer)NOTEPrecautions when using Smart Care• If light from a light bulb, fluorescentbulb, or lamp is reflected on the displaypanel of the washer, the smartphonemay not be able to recognize the panelor error message easily.• If you hold the smartphone at toolarge an angle relative to the front ofthe display panel, it may not be ableto recognize the error code. For bestresults, hold the smartphone so that thefront of the panel and the smartphoneare parallel or nearly parallel.Washing clothes using the option buttonYour new washer makes washing clotheseasy, using Samsung’s “Fuzzy Control”automatic control system. When you selecta wash program, the machine will set thecorrect temperature, washing time, andwashing speed.1. Press Power.2. Open the lid.3. Load the articles of clothing one at atime loosely into the drum, withoutoverfilling it.4. Add liquid (or powder) detergent,softener, and/or bleach (if necessary) tothe appropriate compartments. See the"Detergent use" section on page 41.5. Close the lid. |
