Section 8106 Application Menus and Entering TextSorting RecordsYou can sort records in several different ways. Sorting isavailable in applications that display lists. Address Book To Do List Memo Pad ExpenseSorting preferences can usually be changed using the menulauncher in each application.Private RecordsRecords can be made private to avoid others from viewingthem if your phone is lost or stolen. Private records remainvisible until you select the hide option in the Securityapplication. When this setting is turned ON, all recordsmarked private are either not visible or masked unless apassword is entered. In the application, do one of the following: Create a new record and tap “Edit”, then tap “Details”. Select an existing record, tap “Edit” and then tap“Details”.2. Tap the “Private” check box.3. Tap “OK”.Hiding Private RecordsOnce the record is marked as private, you can hide the recordso that it is not visible in the list.
