INSTALLATION13Englishf Protection wall should be constructed with a solidmaterial that can block the sea breeze and the heightand width of the wall should be 1.5 times largerthan the size of the DVM CHILLER. (You must securemore than 700 mm (27.6 inch) of space betweenthe protection wall and the DVM CHILLER for aircirculation.)SeaSea breezeDVMCHILLERProtection wallDVMCHILLERCAUTIONŷIn regions with heavy snowfall, make sure to installthe DVM CHILLER where there are no concerns ofdirect snowfall on the DVM CHILLER. Also, buildhigher base support so that accumulated snow doesnot block the air inlet or the heat exchanger.ŷR-410A refrigerant is a safe, nontoxic andnonflammable refrigerant. However, if the placeholds any concerns for exceeding dangerous levelof refrigerant concentration in case of refrigerantleakage, extra ventilation system is required.ŷWhen you install the product on a high locationsuch as roof, install fence or guardrail around it.When there is no fence or guardrail, the serviceperson could fall.ŷDo not install the product in places where corrosivegases such as sulfur oxides, ammonia, and sulfurousgases are produced. (e.g. Toilet outlet, ventilationopening, sewage works, dyeing complex, cattleshed, sulfuric hot spring, nuclear power plant, shipetc.) When installing the product in those places,contact an installation specialty store as the copperpipe and brazing part will need additional corrosionproof or anti-rust additive to prevent corrosion.ŷMake sure to keep any inflammable materials (suchas wooden materials, oil etc.) around the DVMCHILLER. When there's fire, those inflammablematerial will easily catch the fire and may pass it onto the product.ŷDepending on the condition of power supply,unstable power or voltage may cause malfunctionof the parts or control system.(At the ship or places using power supply fromelectric generator, etc.)
