32Configure the settings relating to the alarm imageClick the [Alarm] tab on the "Alarm" page. ( pages 4 and 5: How to display/operate the setup menu) Alarm imageThe settings relating to the alarm image to be transmitted to an FTP server can be configured in this section. Thealarm image will be transmitted to an FTP server. To transmit alarm images to an FTP server, it is necessary to con-figure the settings in advance. ( page 43)Refer to pages 31 and 34 for further information about the settings relating to the alarm and the alarm output termi-nal.Important:• Depending on the network line speed or the network traffic, images may not be transmitted at the exact designat-ed interval or period.• When "Alarm input" or "Manual" is selected for "Save trigger" on the [SD memory card] tab, images will not betransmitted to the FTP server even when an alarm is detected. ( page 10)When the configured image refresh interval is high, timing or interval of notification or recording may becomeinexact and notification or recording may not carried out as configured when images are transmitted by multipleusers. ( page 33) If this happened, set the image refresh interval lower.• Timing of notification or saving of image file may sometimes take some time when the transmission interval is setshorter or when multiple users are receiving images.In this case, set the transmission interval longer.[FTP >>]When "FTP >>" is clicked, the [FTP img. trans.] tab ofthe "Server" page will be displayed.
