If more than 50 mails are received, the received mails thathave been read and are not protected will be deleted in order, oldest ones first. If you have receivedmail that you do not want deleted, protect it using the following procedure.Protected mails: There can be a maximum of 25 protected mails.Received mails: There can be a maximum of 50 received mails, including protected mails.Mail can be received not only from other dwelling units but from the Internet as well. The addresses forreceiving mail from the Internet is different from the ones for dwelling units. When giving your mailaddress to an Internet user, use the following procedure to confirm your mail address.Mail AddressesMail cannot be sent if even one character in the address is wrong. Check carefully to make sure thatthere are no mistakes with characters such as hyphens (-), underscores (_), and dots (.).Display the mail to protect or tocancel protection and touch the MailMenu Button.Touch the Protect Button.The selected mail will be protectedor the protection will be canceled.The Mail Menu will be displayed.For protected mail, a mark will bedisplayed before the number of the mail.Touch the Mail Button on the TopMenu.(The Mail Display will appear.)Touch the Mail Menu Button.(The Mail Menu Display will appear.)4 The address confirmation Display willappear.Touch the Own address Button.Notice Here, an example with Japanese text is shown.Notice Here, an example with Japanese text is shown.
