66 67Using Cameras to See Outside23TOP MENU OPERATIONS1Notice Except when the "Foyer" camera is selected, the camera images will be shown one frame at a time.Manually video and audio recordings are enabled when the "Foyer" camera is selected. (See page 64.)A full-screen display is not possible for the Camera Image Display.It takes several seconds after touching the Camera Button for camera image to be displayed.This function will be displayed only when a camera is mounted in a common area.Receiving a Message from the Manager's RoomParcel Deliveries12The display indicator will flash.The parcel box will be displayed only when it is used.Touch the Camera Button onthe Top Menu.The Camera Selection Menu Display willappear.* If camera 1 is set to the lobby, "Monitor" willbe displayed on the Camera Button. (Examplefor VG-M187D)Touch the Camera Button for thelocation you want to see.If there are seven or more cameras, thecameras from the seventh onwards will beshown in the next display. Touch the NextButton to display them.* If camera 1 is set to the foyer, "F-door" will bedisplayed for camera 1. (Example for VG-M187D)The image of the selected camera willbe displayed.When a message comes from themanager's room, the Msg. Icon willlight on the Top Menu.Call the manager's room and askabout the call. (Refer to page 20.)If the manager's room is called while thedisplay indicator is flashing, the displayindicator and the Manager's Office Icon willdisappear.When a parcel has been delivered, theParcel icon will light on the Top Menu.A voice message, "Pohn, pohn, a packagehas been delivered," will be output from theIndoor Master speakers and the displayindicator will flash.Depending on the type of parcel box, an alarmmay sound if a package has been in the lockerfor a long period.The time required to display the image willdepend on the nature of the image.If about 30 seconds elapse after the button istouched, the display will return to the CameraSelection Menu Display.To view the image from a different camera,touch the button to select that camera.The Camera Selection Menu Display willappear.
