84 85Description of Mail Display Description of Mail DisplayNETWORK FUNCTIONSCreate Mail DisplayAddress Button This button displays the Address List Display. (Refer to page 85.)Use this button to specify the destination address for the mail.1Title Button This button displays the Title List Display. (Refer to page 86.)Use this button to specify a title for the mail.2TOP MENU Button This button will return you to the Top Menu.3Return Button This button returns you to the previous display.(Press the TOP MENU Button to return to the Top Menu.)4Clear All Button This button deletes all of the mail text.5Fixed Phrase Button This button displays the Fixed Phrases List Display. (Refer to page 86.)Use this button to specify fixed phrases for the mail text.6Send Button This button sends the mail that is displayed.A Confirmation Display will appear before the mail is sent to allow you to cancel. If the destinationaddress or title is not specified, a Confirmation Display will appear.7This button scrolls the mail text down.(The display will not move if the mail text is already at the bottom.)9This button scrolls the mail text up.(The display will not move if the mail text is already at the top.)8Address List DisplayTitle Display Area The person's name is displayed here.
