Section 3 Ice Machine OperationPart Number 80-1214-3 3-13Water Reservoir Cover RemovalQF23001. Place the toggle switch in the OFF position, turn offthe water supply and disconnect electrical power tothe ice machine.2. Remove water level probes.3. Remove water float valve coil.4. Depress coil and rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise.5. With coil wires attached, lift coil off enclosure tube.6. Remove top cover from float reservoir.QF2300 ShownFloat Valve Removal1. Place the toggle switch in the OFF position, turn offthe water supply and disconnect electrical power tothe ice machine.2. Disconnect water supply line at float valve quickdisconnect by depressing stainless steel lever.3. Remove water float valve coil.4. Depress coil and rotate 1/4 turn counterclockwise.5. With coil wires attached, lift coil off enclosure tube.6. QF0800/QC0700/QF2300 ONLY Rotate quarter turnfasteners counterclockwise.7. QF0800/QC0700 ONLY Remove cotter key and pinfrom ice chute.8.
