Ice Machine Operation Section 33-10 Part Number 80-1214-3PROCEDURE TO CLEAN HEAVILY SCALED FLAKE/CHIPLET ICE MACHINES QF400/QC700/QF800/QF2300Step 1 Remove front and top covers, set the toggleswitch to the OFF position.Remove all ice from the bin.Step 2 Remove front and top covers and set the toggleswitch to the OFF position.Step 3 Disconnect water supply line at float valve quickdisconnect by depressing stainless steel lever.Step 4 Refer to chart below:Premix cleaner with lukewarm water in a non-metallic container.Step 5 Remove all water from the evaporator and waterreservoir. Start an ice making cycle by moving the toggleswitch to the ICE position. Water will flow through thewater dump valve and down the drain for 45 seconds.After 45 seconds move the toggle switch to the OFFposition. Remove the plug from the top cover of thewater reservoir. Add the entire cleaner/water solutionand re-install the plug.Leave the cleaner/water solution in the evaporatorfor a minimum of 4 hours.Step 6 Move the toggle switch from OFF to ICE.
