324WINDSCREEN/REARWINDOW/HEADLIGHTWASHER FLUID (fig. 17)To top up, remove cap A and fillerB.Pour in a mixture of water andTUTELA PROFESSIONAL SC 35fluid in the following concentrations:– 30% of the above specified fluidand 70% water in summer– 50% of the above specified fluidand 50% water in winter– if the temperature falls below –20°C use TUTELA PROFESSIONALSC 35 undiluted.Certain commercialadditives for windscreenwashers are inflammable.The engine compartment con-tains hot components which mayset it on fire.Do not travel with thewindscreen washer reser-voir empty. The wind-screen washer is fundamental forimproving visibility.fig. 17L0A0295b To prevent damages tothe pump motor, do notuse the windscreen/rearwindow/headlight washers whenthe reservoir is empty.The symbol π on thecontainer indicates syn-thetic brake fluid, distin-guishing it from the mineral kind.Using mineral fluids irreversiblydamages the special braking sys-tem rubber seals.Brake fluid is poisonousand highly corrosive. Inthe event of accidentalcontact, wash the parts involvedimmediately with neutral soap andwater, then rinse thoroughly. Callthe doctor immediately if the fluidis swallowed.
