For information on Normal cycles and options, refer to the “Normal Cycle Operation Chart” onpage 6-4.Will not run or power up.- No operation- No Keypad Response- No LEDs or DisplayWill not run and LEDs areblinking.Will not start.1. No power to unit or bad con-nection.2. Loose connections in dish-washer power up circuit orbetween keypad(s) and con-trol.3. Door switch not making con-tact, due to faulty door latchassembly, or door switch.1. Stuck key(s) or shortedcircuit(s) in keypad.2. Shorted circuits or connectionson the control that read thekeys.1. Check the resistance of all connectionsin the power up circuit to the control, andthe connections between the keypad(s)and the control.3. Measure the resistance of the doorswitch contacts while checking the me-chanical operation of the latch assembly.Confirm that the switches are not loosefrom the assembly.4. Measure the resistance. If open, replacethe TCO. If replaced more than once,replace the harness. NOTE: Replaceany component that has evidence ofoverheating.5. Check the keypad.1. Check the keypad.1.
