When power is first applied, theLED starts in the Off state and then changes to green after a few moments whenPCI enumeration takes place. In general, when the Status LED is solid green themodule is working correctly. The following table lists the states (colors) of theStatus LED.Check Software InstallationVerify that the following installations are present. For software checkStart > Control Panel> Programs and Features>- Keysight IO Libraries Suite. You must be using version 16.3 update 2 or later.- Keysight Digital Stimulus/Response Driver- Module (KtMDsr IVI Driver 1.0.10) and chassis drivers (Keysight M901x PCIeChassis)- System Interface Card, cable and PC PXIe card connections- If no modules are visible in the SFP “Connect to Instrument” dialog, startKeysight Connection Expert, by selecting:Start > Programs > Keysight IO Libraries Suite > Keysight Connection ExpertIf the module is still not visible, power down, move the module to another slotand restart.Status LEDcolorDescriptionOff Power not applied or a failure in the power supplies or fundamental hardwareSolid Green Power okay, temperature okay, successful PCI enumeration.Solid Blue Conditions for Green are met AND driver initialized (not closed). Failure to closethe driver may result in the LED remaining blue. Typically, the LED will go fromgreen to blue when the IVI driver is initialized. It will go from blue back to greenwhen the driver is closed (or SFP is closed).BlinkingBlueDriver or SFP “Identify” operation was activated. If the driver terminates with theLED blinking blue, it will continue to blink blue.Solid Red Error condition (power or over temperature, etc., not okay)The order in which software is installed (see the M9195A StartupGuide) is critical. If the M9195A module in question has beenworking in the present chassis, but there has been a change in thesoftware environment, it may be necessary to re-install thesoftware.
