The modulemay be sent to a Keysight service center or calibrated by self-maintainingcustomers using a Keysight Test Management Environment (TME) application.TME SoftwareApplicable TME software consists of the Test Management Environment and theN7876A PXI Digital Calibration IO application. Together they provide the highestlevel of confidence that the M9195A under test conforms to published,factory-set specifications (see for details on the M9195A Specifications Guidesee “Related Documentation” on page 1).The N7876A Performance Verification and Adjustment functions support bothverifying proper operation and calibration of the M9195A. If the M9195A isunable to pass the all the performance tests after adjustments, you can take thesteps described in “High-Level Diagnostic Tools, Processes and References” onpage 3 to determine if the module should be exchanged.The N7876A requires a renewable license per test station.
