Keysight Technologiesassumes no liability for the customer’s failure to complywith these precautions.• Ground the InstrumentTo avoid electric shock, the instrument chassis andcabinet must be grounded with the supplied power cable’sgrounding prong.• DO NOT Operate in an Explosive AtmosphereDo not operate the instrument in the presence ofinflammable gasses or fumes. Operation of any electricalinstrument in such an environment clearly constitutes asafety hazard.• Keep Away from Live CircuitsOperators must not remove instrument covers. Componentreplacement and internal adjustments must be made byqualified maintenance personnel. Do not replacecomponents with the power cable connected. Undercertain conditions, dangerous voltage levels may remaineven after the power cable has been disconnected. Toavoid injuries, always disconnect the power and dischargecircuits before touching them.• DO NOT Service or Adjust the Instrument AloneDo not attempt internal service or adjustment unlessanother person, capable of rendering first aid andresuscitation, is present.• DO NOT Substitute Parts or Modify the InstrumentNOTE The E5061B complies with INSTALLATION CATEGORY II as well asPOLLUTION DEGREE 2 in IEC61010-1. The E5061B is an INDOOR USEproduct.NOTE The LEDs in the E5061B are Class 1 in accordance with IEC60825-1,CLASS 1 LED PRODUCT.
