For best results when using aoffset oven rack, place cookware on rack position 2or 3.Air circulation in the ovenFor best air circulation and baking results allow aspace of 2-4" (5-10 cm) around the cookware forproper air circulation and be sure pans andcookware do not touch each other, the oven door,sides or back of the oven cavity.
