The background spectrum that was collected within the projectwill be loaded and replace the background that is currently present. Use the options onthe Background Scan button to load a different background spectrum.Close ProjectThis option can be used to safely close a corrupt project.Save Copy of ProjectSaves a copy of the current project. This is the safest way to duplicate a project; copyingvia your file browser may not copy your most recent data.Reload last project (and background) on startupSelecting this will turn on (or off) loading of the previous project when the software isstarted. This is useful when the instrument is configured to operate without a directlyconnected monitor/keyboard so that the software can begin collecting data immediatelyafter the hardware starts.Context help will appear in a floating window to display information about the control ordisplay that the mouse pointer is currently hovering over. Use this feature to discovermore information about the controls on the software interface.Spectrometer ActionAdditional actions to be performed.Reset SpectrometerYou may reset the spectrometer in the case that it appears to stop responding.Reenable Sagnac TECIf the specified operating temperature range of the instrument is exceeded, the thermalstabilisation will shut down to protect the thermoelectric cooler (TEC). In this case, anerror will be flagged in the Data Integrity Errors panel. The TEC must be reenabled byusing this control.Show Debug InfoDisplays additional information in the main interface (i.e., return spectrum number, andFFT processing time) which may be useful when diagnosing performance issues. |
