19Overview of the SoftwareThe following software is used with this unit.Notices for Changing SettingsIf you specify wrong settings, this unit may not operateproperly.● Before you change setting, it is recommended to save unitsettings and settings of Management Application.(A Page 76 "Saving/Restoring Settings")Caution:● Never turn off the power while saving settings ofManagement Application. When you change settings of ManagementApplicationWhen you have changed settings of ManagementApplication, save the settings, then restart the service.otherwise, the new settings are not applied.Save the settings and restart the service from the [File] menuof Management Application.Note:● You can also restart the service from [Services] in[Advanced Configuration]. (A Page 111 "Services") Inaddition, when you shut down Management Application,the screen to select whether to save the settings or restartthe service is displayed. XProtect Enterprise Smart Clientis a software to view live or recordedimages with the monitoring system usingXProtect Enterprise. This software isreferred to as "Smart Client" in thismanual.Starts up the CPU meter. This softwaredisplays the load factor of this unit.
