User Guide Galaxy 8/18/60/128/500/504/51220MODIFY GROUPS (Galaxy 18, 60, 128, 500, 504 and 512)This option determines the system groups that the user has access toand operational control over. The MODIFY GROUPS option isonly available when the Group Mode has been enabled by theengineer. The system defaults to groups disabled.Groups allocated to the user are displayed when the MODIFYGROUPS option is selected. All users default to Group 1. Pressingthe group number toggles the group assigned to the user. e.g.Pressing 2 and 3 assigns Groups 2 and 3 to the user. Pressing 1(while group 1 is already assigned) removes group 1 from the usercode. To assign group choice to the user, press the * key. When therequired groups have been assigned to the user, press the ent key toaccept the programming and return to the previous menu level.• GALAXY 500, 504 and 512The Galaxy 500 has 16 groups, the 504 and 512 have 32 groups. Thegroups are displayed on the keypad in blocks of eight groups whichare labelled A, B, C and D:Use A> or keys to move between the group blocks.
