Room temperature promotes the growth of harmful bacteria. Be sure thatthe oven light is off because heat from the bulb will speed harmful bacteria growth.How to Set an Immediate Start and Automatic StopThe oven will turn on immediately and cook for aselected length of time. At the end of the cookingtime, the oven will turn off automatically.Make sure the clock shows the correcttime of day.Select BAKE.Using the number pads, enter thedesired temperature.Select OPTIONS.Select TIMED BAKE.NOTE: The time countdown will not start untilafter the oven is preheated.Using the number pads, enter thedesired baking time. The oventemperature and the cooking timethat you entered will be displayed.Select ENTER. This tells the oven thatyou have finished setting it.Select START.The display will show the changingtemperature (starting at 100°F) and thecooking time. The display starts changingonce the temperature reaches 100°F.The oven will continue to cook for theprogrammed amount of time, then shutoff automatically, unless the WARMfeature was set. See the Using the Proof,Warmer and Warm Features section.After the cooking time has ended, the oven willprompt the user to add “MORE TIME” to furthercook food if desired. Add additional time byselecting MORE TIME. Enter traditional cookingtime in minutes and select START. PressCLEAR/OFF pad if food has finished cooking.How to Set a Delayed Start and Automatic StopYou can set the oven control to delay-start theoven, cook for a specific length of time and thenturn off automatically.Make sure the clock shows the correcttime of day.Select BAKE.Using the number pads, enter thedesired temperature.Select OPTIONS.Select TIMED BAKE.Using the number pads, enter thedesired baking time.NOTE: The time countdown will not start untilafter the oven is preheated.Select ENTER.Select OPTIONS.Select DELAY BAKE.Using the number pads, enter thetime of day you want the oven toturn on and start cooking.Select ENTER.Select START.If you would like to check the times youhave set, select REVIEW TIMES. You havethe option to see delay time, clock, baketime or timer.When the oven turns on at the timeof day you have set, the display willshow the changing temperature(starting at 100°F) and the cookingtime.
