Tapusing direCtoryThe Directory serves as your corporatephone book. This directory cannot be editedby you. You may, however, copy entries toyour list of favorites and edit them there.Tap Contacts (if needed) and then tapDirectory. The directory is typically organizedas folders.Tap a folder () to show its contents, scroll() if needed to locate a folder or an entrywithin a folder.Once located, use it in the same way as withthe history list.using FAvoritesFavorites is your own shortlist of contactsyou frequently call or otherwise want to haveeasy access to.To add someone to the Favorites, locate theperson (or location) in Directory or Historyand tap that entry (). This will produce adialog box which allows you to tap Add toFavorites ().You may now edit the entry, if needed—justtap a field and the keyboard will be produced.Tap Save to put changes into effect.seArChingYou may search for entries (numbers orURIs). Matches will appear asyou search.Once located, tap the entry to call, edit oradd to your list of favorites.Note! When searching within the corporatedirectory, the search will apply to the currentdirectory folder and its subfolders only. To goone level up, tap . To make the searchapply to the entire corporate directory, do notenter (tap) any folder before the search iscommenced.video ConFerenCe (i)Calling several to initiate a video conferenceis an optional feature. If your system permits ityou may set up a list of several particpants tocall and then call them all in one go.1. Enter a number or URI, or pick an entryfrom the Directory, the list of Favor-ites, or from the History.2. Tap Add to add the entry to the list ofparticipants to be called. The entry willappear along the bottom line of thetouch pad, as outlined.3. Repeat the procedure to add moreparticipants. The maximum number ofparticipants possible will depend onyour system configuration.4.
