These emissions arenot harmful to health. However, they may be noticeableduring extended use or long production runs in poorlyventilated rooms. To maintain a comfortable workingenvironment, it is recommended that the room wherethe machine operates be appropriately ventilated. Alsoavoid locations where people would be exposed toemissions from the machine.Do not install in a location wherecondensation occursWater droplets (condensation) may form inside themachine when the room where the machine is installedis heated rapidly, and when the machine is moved froma cool or dry location to a hot or humid location. Usingthe machine under these conditions may result in paperjams, poor print quality, or damage to the machine. Letthe machine adjust to the ambient temperature andhumidity for at least 2 hours before use.In altitudes of above sea level 3,000 m or higherMachines with a hard disk may not operateproperly when used at high altitudes of about3,000 meters above sea level, or higher.Leveling feet (only for products with leveling feet)Do not remove the machine's leveling feet after themachine has been installed, as this may cause themachine to fall or tip over, resulting in personal injury.Connecting the Telephone Line (Only forProducts with a Fax Function)This machine conforms to a analog telephone linestandard.
