Fax error codes allow users and service technicians to check the status of the error.There are two types of fax error codes.User error codesThey show errors which can be easily fixed by users, and are displayed as "# + a 3-digitnumber".Service error codesThey show errors which cannot be fixed by users and need to be fixed by service technicians.They are displayed as "## + a 3-digit number".CAUTION:Service error codes displayed as "## + a 3-digit number" are not displayed on thecommunication reports, communication management reports, etc., by default.
