Use only a clean, damp cloth to clean the printer.• To avoid damaging or discoloring the top cover, do not use any kind of organicchemical or liquid cleaner to clean the surface of the printer.• Clean carefully around the print head and film cable to avoid touching theseparts directly and possibly damaging them.• To avoid damage to the printer, do not use water or any other type of liquid toclean inside the printer. Cleaning the Underside of the Cartridge CoverOpen the cartridge cover. Use a clean, slightly damp cloth to wipe away paper dust from theunderside of the cartridge cover (marked by shading in the illustration).
