39PrintingPaper and Other Print Media High Gloss Film• Canon’s High Gloss Film is recommended for use with this printer. Before youuse this media, read the instructions provided with the package.• Do not use High Gloss Film in conditions of high humidity.• Print only on the film surface of each sheet.• Feed High Gloss Film manually, one sheet at a time.• Do not allow printed sheets to stack. Handle printed sheets carefully until the inkhas completely dried. Drying requires 10 to 20 minutes.• To store the printed sheets after they have dried, while avoiding touching theprinted surface, cover the printed surface of each sheet with one sheet of plainpaper. Glossy Photo Cards• Canon’s Glossy Photo Cards are ideal for printing photographic images.• The cards have borders slightly larger than the print area. Separate the bordersfrom the cards at the perforations only after printing has been completed.• Before you use this media, read the instructions provided with the package.• Allow about two minutes for ink to dry on Glossy Photo Cards.
