217 . . .–Section 1Heated Washer Fluid (Ifequipped)Push the heated washer fluidbutton, located on the Heatingand Air Conditioning Systemcontrol panel, to activate theheated washer fluid system.The following message will appearin the Driver Information Centerdisplay:• HEATED WASHER FLUIDWASH WIPES PENDINGAfter you push the button, the firstheated wash/wipe cycle may bedelayed as long as 40 secondsdepending on the outsidetemperature. A 20-second intervalmay occur between the remainingcycles.The heated washer fluid systemwill complete four heated wash/wipe cycles and then turn off.To turn the system off before fourcycles are completed, press theheated washer fluid button again.The following message will appearin the Driver Information Centerdisplay:• HEATED WASHER FLUIDSYSTEM OFFWhen the system is activatedunder some outside conditions,steam may flow out of the washernozzles before the washer fluid issprayed.
