This feature will move thepassenger’s outside rearview mirror to a curb viewposition when the shift lever is placed in REVERSE (R),and it will return the mirror to the last known drivingposition when the shift lever is moved out ofREVERSE (R). See Outside Curb View Assist Mirror onpage 2-41 for more information.Programmable ModesMode 1: ONMode 2: OFFBefore your vehicle was shipped from the factory, it wasprogrammed to Mode 2. The mode to which thevehicle was programmed may have been changed sinceit left the factory. To determine the mode to which thevehicle is programmed or to program the vehicle toa different mode, do the following:1. Enter FEATURE PROGRAMMING following theinstructions listed previously.2. Press the down arrow on the INFO button untilMIRROR TO CURB IN REV appears on the DICdisplay.3. To turn on the feature, press the ON/OFF buttonuntil ON appears on the DIC display. To turn it off,press the ON/OFF button until OFF appears onthe display.The mode you selected is now set. You can either exitthe programming mode by following the instructionslater in this section or program the next feature availableon your vehicle.Tire Pressure DisplayThis feature will allow the individual tire pressurereadings to be displayed when using the INFO button toscroll through the DIC displays. Even with this featureprogrammed to be turned off, a low or high tire pressurecondition will still cause the CHECK TIRE PRESSUREmessage to be displayed on the DIC.
