CC-8 TroubleshootingColor output is incorrect • Print the Configuration page and check the calibration information.The copier may need to be recalibrated because it has been too long since it wascalibrated or because it is using a different target. You should use the copier target if youare going to use ICC ColorSync or ICM profiles, the color rendering styles available inthe Print Options and Features and Fiery XJ Spooler Overrides dialog boxes, theFiery XJ Scan Match Copy color conversion, or the Photoshop separation tables.Color file prints in black andwhite• Print the Configuration page and make sure that the Color Mode is set to CMYK and notGrayscale.• In the Print dialog box (or Print Options), make sure that you have not selected Blackand White.• Make sure that the Color Mode selected for the job in the Print Options or Print Featuresdialog box is CMYK and not Grayscale.Desktop Color Separations(DCS) format images printincorrectly1.
