Type the password and press Enter. (The default password isStratagy, with the first letter uppercase.) The system date/timescreen displays (shown at right). The current date and time settingsdisplay, with the date field highlighted. Use the arrow keys (↑↓) tomove between the date and time fields.3. Press Enter to move to the next field...or type the new date and time settings. The date format is: mm/dd/yyyy. The time format (24-hour clock) is: hh:mm:ss4. Press Esc. The Main Menu displays.Daylight Saving TimeThe system time can be configured to change automatically to daylight saving time. See“daylight_saving_time” on page 4-17 for more information.IVP8 System TimeUsing the ksu_time parameter, you can synchronize IVP8’s system clock with the system clock ofthe supporting Strata CTX/Strata DK telephone system. Setting this parameter to true, disables thedaylight_saving_time parameter.Note An LCD telephone must always be physically installed on the first port of the PDKU card inthe Strata DK (defined in console_slot_id parameter). During installation, the IVP8’ssystem time must be reset prior to syching with the Strata CTX/Strata DK. See “ksu_time”on page 4-21 for details.This feature requires SMDI integration to work with the Strata CTX.4071
