Ifthe broadcast is not in stereo, the word Mono will appear.Stereo… Press “LANG - ” to select Stereo or Mono.Bilingual… Bilingual transmissions are rare. If they aretransmitted, the word Dual will be displayed. Choose therequired programme number, and if the word Dual appears,press “LANG - ” to select Dual I, Dual II or Mono.For DTV broadcastsTo view current language and for changing to analternative language (if available), press “LANG -” button. Available options will be listed.Displaying SubtitlesIn digital broadcasts, this feature will show subtitleson the screen in the selected language provided theyare being broadcast.Press SUBTITLE button to turn the subtitles on. PressSUBTITLE button again to turn the subtitles off.Viewing Main MenuPress or buttons on the TV at the sametime to view main menu.Press MENU button on the remote control to viewmain menu.Controlling Volume and Muting SoundVolumePress + or - button on the remote control toadjust the volume.Sound MutePress “ ” button once to turn the sound off andagain to cancel.Selecting Programme PositionsTo select a programme position use the numericbuttons on the remote control. Programme positionscan also be selected using P or P buttons.Press “INFO - ” button to display the on-screeninformation i.e. programme position, stereo/monosignal and picture format.Standby NotificationsIf the TV switches off while in No Signal mode, thefollowing on-screen message will be displayed on thenext switch-on:When the Auto TV OFF timeout is reached, thefollowing message will be displayed on the screen.Select Yes to shut down the TV. Select No to cancel.The TV will switch off as well, if you do not make aselection on this screen.If the TV switches off owing to the auto power downfeature, the following on-screen message will bedisplayed on the next switch-on:
