3. When all of the oil has drained, position thewheel so that the plug hole is at the ten or twoo’clock position.4. Place a drain pan under the brake housing onthe other side of the wheel (Figure 59).5. Remove the plug from the bottom of thehousing and allow the oil to drain.6. When all of the oil has drained, install the plugin the housing.7. Add approximately 16 oz (0.5 l) of high qualitySAE 85W-140 gear lube to the planetary fillhole (at the ten or two o’clock position) untilthe level is up to the bottom of the brakehousing check hole.
