Personal Audio SystemSRS-X99Inserting the batteries of the remote controlInsert the two supplied AAA size batteries, side first, matching the polarities of the batteries and batterycompartment, as shown below.HintWhen the speaker receives signals from the remote control, the reaction indicator flashes.NoteIncorrect use of the batteries may result in corrosion or leakage. Keep the following in mind.Insert the batteries matching the polarities of the batteries and battery compartment.Do not use a combination of old and new batteries, or different battery types.Do not attempt to charge the batteries.If you do not intend to use the remote control for a long period of time, remove the batteries.If battery leakage occurs, remove any leaked fluid in the battery compartment, and replace the batteries with new ones.Strong light, such as lighting equipment or direct sunlight, may affect remote control operation. The remote controlmay not work.The batteries should be replaced within every 6 months.
