Enter the weight of the food only. Do not includethe weight of the container.2. Any defrost selection can be programmed withMore or Less Time Adjustment. See page EN-17.3. To defrost other foods or foods above or below theweights allowed on Auto Defrost Guide, use timeand 30% microwave power. See Microwave onpage EN-16.4. Do not use the glass tray, steam tray and metalrack.5. After cooking, the oven will automatically cooland you will hear the sound of the cooling fan.The fan may continue to operate up to 10 minutesdepending on the oven and parts temperature.Place food in oven by followingthe directions in the cookingguide on page EN-37. Closethe door.Press Start/Instant Cook.3Auto DefrostThe oven will stop and CHECKwill fl ash on and off. Open thedoor.
