The product is not defective.When I try to change the PC resolution, a message "Thedefined resolution is not currently supported." appears.The message "The defined resolution is not currently supported." appears if the input sourceresolution exceeds the maximum resolution of the display.To resolve the issue, change the PC resolution to a resolution supported on the display.HDMI Black Level is not functioning properly on an HDMIdevice with YCbCr output.This function is available only when a source device, such as a DVD player and STB, is connectedto the product via an HDMI (RGB signal) cable.The IR sensor is not functioning.Make sure the sensor light turns on when a button is pressed on the remote control.• If the light does not turn on, turn the power switch off and then on again.If the sensor light still does not turn on after the power switch is turned off and then onagain, an internal jack may be disconnected.Contact your nearest service center to have the product serviced.In power-saving mode, when the input source isDisplayPort, PC display settings cannot be saved.Go to System → Power Control and set Max.
