OverviewFax to E-mail enables you to monitor and retrievefax documents from your e-mail account. You canset your fax machine to forward incoming or out-going faxes to a specified e-mail address in orderto monitor faxes sent from or received via the faxmachine.When a facsimile document is sent, it is stored inmemory. With the Fax to E-mail feature, themachine transfers the document as an e-mailattachment to the configured e-mail addressesand then dials the fax number and sends the fax.This enables you to monitor whether the transmit-ting fax document is sent properly or not.When a fax document is received, it is stored inmemory. The Fax to E-mail feature transfers the faxas an e-mail attachment to the configuredaddresses and then prints it.
